About Deborah Leggett, MSN FNP, Owner of FMC
Deborah is a Master’s prepared family nurse practitioner and owner of Family Medical Clinic of Jackson and Trezevant. She moved to Jackson in 2005 and began her medical career in 1986 as a certified nursing assistant. With dreams of furthering her career, she became a licensed practical nurse in 1989. In 2015, she was awarded her Master of Science Degree in Nursing at Tennessee Tech as a family nurse practitioner.
With over 30 years of experience, Deborah has an extensive background in renal dialysis, nephrology, diabetes, hypertension, therapeutic apheresis, renal replacement therapy, family practice, and critical care nursing. In addition, she is a certified ketogenic coach and has advanced training in medical aesthetics, weight management, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
Deborah is always looking to advance her skills and knowledge to provide the best care possible to all her patients.
